I think alot of the random players I got over time are all going to have killer years this year im pumped!
And who would they be?
I did pretty good with suprise studs last year in Rinne, Brouwer and Versteeg. I expect pretty good years out of Tim Kennedy, Matt Gilroy, Niklas Hjalmarrson and Anssi Salmela. Salmela has shown alittle more why he hoped the pond so far. Kennedy has started the season centering Bufs second line. Gilroy's going to get a large share of PP time this season and Hjalmarrson's going to be seeing alot of ice time as Campbells partner in Chi town. It's looking like another exciting year.

There's a few players I really regret trading. Burrows, Oduya are the big two.

NYR D is going to be disgusting. Del Zotto and Gilroy looked dominant tonight. Throw in Staal, Girardi, Mcdonagh, Sanguinetti that D has a great future patrolling the blueline in front of Lundqvist.
If Drury and Gaborik can develop some good chemestry I could see a cup run in the future. Expecially if Redden can find his Ottawa form.

Moulson's going to put up 50 goals 100 points this season, BEST WAIVER PICK UP EVER!!! Ok alittle sarcasm there but seriously the kids of to a great start. Looks like he's got some instant chemestry with Tavares. It'll be interesting to see how long they can keep it up.
The team confirmed the extensions for Toews and Kane are for five years while Keith's is for 13 years. A source told ESPN.com's Pierre LeBrun that the deals for Kane and Toews are for $31.5 million overall and a $6.3 million average salary. Keith gets a $72 million contract that averages out to $5.54 million per season.
